By submitting content, you grant KeepSaying a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and share your content within the app.

You must only submit content you have the right to use and that is appropriate for public viewing. This includes:

• Text content (titles, descriptions, notes, and conversation sentences)
• Audio files and recordings
• Any other materials uploaded to the platform

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content, including audio files, does not infringe any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights. KeepSaying is not responsible for any copyright violations resulting from user-uploaded content.

We may remove any content that violates these Terms or our values, including offensive, harmful, illegal material, or content that infringes copyright.

KeepSaying uses third-party services (e.g., Google Cloud, OpenAI) to generate audio from text.

Audio content is intended solely for learning and practice purposes within the app.

Audio files may be cached or stored to improve user experience.

• Use the service for unlawful or harmful activities
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Share inappropriate, misleading, or copyrighted material without permission
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the app

KeepSaying may offer optional membership plans that unlock additional features.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).

We do not store or collect any credit or debit card details ourselves.

Membership terms, pricing, and refund policies will be made available before any purchase.

KeepSaying may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee the service will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the app in harmful or unlawful ways.

KeepSaying is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee language learning outcomes or error-free content.

Use the app at your own discretion and responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepSaying and its developers are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
